All four chairs were resources individually (junk market, freecycle). I was doing upholstery course so wanted to try and do this properly.

I got the fabric samples for free and chose the colours for frames accordingly. Painting the frames was the stage when I probably could have invested in better quality paints – also deciding between matt and shiny, water based or oil based is a process on its own!

I love the fact that they have different shapes yet they are unified by the (different) colours.
